Each Pastille (soft gummie) contains:
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 micrograms
Thiamine Nitrate 275 micrograms
Equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 223 micrograms
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 330 micrograms
